the Products
Effast has a wide range of pressure pipe fittings in PVC-uH, ABS e PP-H, ball valves in PVC-uH and ABS and PP-H, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, actuated valves, compression joints in Polypropylene and clamp saddles. All materials are suitable for drinking water and alimentary fluids in conformity with international sanitary standards: to prove so we have made migration determinations in certified laboratories.The whole PVC production is in conformity with standards ISO 4422, DIN 8063, UNI 7442 / 75, NFT 54 / 028, EN 1452 e KIWA BRL-K504/02. Furthermore it is approved "Water Byelaws Scheme" in U.K. and "Jaswic" (Joint Acceptance Scheme for Water Installation Components) in South Africa. Effast has specific products certifications issued by: IIP n°295 (the products are identified with °), KIWA n°K21166/01, abd DVGW for toxicological apsects (TZW Certification). The Homopolymer polypropylene production is in conformity with DIN 16962 and UNIPLAST 383.
ABS production is inconformity with BS 5392.

the Service
Quality and service are Effast primary goals. The organisation and information system permit to carry out the orders quickly. The Customer Satisfaction Program, started with ISO 9002 Certification, then developed with the new ISO 9001:2000, enables Effast to monitor and answer any Customer request.

the Quality
The labs tests guarantee products in conformity with the international standards. Industrial valves are tested one by one against any leakeage internal or external. The Quality System Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, (that joins the former three standards of “Quality Assurance” ISO 9001, 9002, 9003), given by Istituto Italiano Plastici in the year 2001, assures Effast manages its whole company process respecting the actual standards. Effast has been the first company operating in the field of plastic fittings and valves to obtain this Quality Management System Certification. The society has also a policy aiming at a correct environmental management.
